A liver supplement for dogs or cats containing S-Adenosylmethionine(SAMe) and silybin. Denamarin has been shown to increase liver glutathione levels. It has also been shown to help protect liver cells from cell death and may help cell repair and regeneration.Denamarin has no know side-effects, consult with your veterinarian to evaluate the length of support needed, thru follow-up examinations, blood work or other lab work. The product for dogs of all sizes recommended daily administration: Up to 6lbs 1/4 tab, 7-15lbs 1/2 tab, 16-30lbs 1 tab,31-45lbs 1 1/2 tab, 40-60lbs 2 tabs, 61-75lbs 2 1/2 tabs, 76-90lbs 3 tabs, 91-105lbs 3 1/2 tabs, and Over 105lbs 4 tabs. Should be given on an empty stomachm at least 1 hour before a meal for optimal absorption. The number of chewable tablets may be gradually increased or decreased at any time at the recommendation of your veterinarian.
